The price of the 2025 Honda Wave Alpha in Ho Chi Minh City is slightly higher than last month. According to surveys at major dealerships such as Phat Tien, Viet Thai Quan, and ITC, the on-the-road price ranges from 24 to 26 million VND, including all taxes and fees.

In Hanoi, the price of the Wave Alpha currently does not differ significantly from that in Ho Chi Minh City. However, the specific price may vary depending on the time and the policies of each Honda dealership.

The on-the-road price of a Wave Alpha motorcycle in 2025 includes the price at the dealership (including VAT), registration fee, license plate fee, and civil liability insurance fee (60,000 VND).

Registration fee

In major cities and towns, the registration fee is 5% of the vehicle price. In other provinces, this fee is reduced to 2%.

License plate issuance fee

For vehicles priced over 40 million VND, the fee is 4 million VND in Zone I.

Cars priced from 15 to 40 million VND, with a fee of 2 million VND in Zone 1.

For vehicles priced under 15 million VND, the fee is 1 million VND in Zone 1.

Region I includes Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

The registration fee for Zone II is 800,000 VND and for Zone III is 150,000 VND.

Region II includes other centrally-governed cities, provincial cities, and towns.

Region III includes all remaining areas.
