High-ranking delegation of Vientiane Capital offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh
On the afternoon of May 12, a high-ranking delegation from the capital Vientiane, Lao People's Democratic Republic, came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site (Nam Dan).

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Anouphap Tounalom - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Region I, Vientiane Capital; Lamphoy Siackhachan - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Capital People's Council; Sililaththongsin Thongpenh - Deputy Mayor of the Capital; leaders of the Office of the Capital People's Council, the Office of the Capital Government, and departments and branches of Vientiane Capital.
On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Phung Thanh Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Khanh Thuc - Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs and representatives of the leaders: Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism, and Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone.

The great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos developed from the traditional relationship founded by President Ho Chi Minh, Prince Souphanouvong, President Kaysone Phomvihane and revolutionary leaders of the two countries; developed by generations of leaders, revolutionary soldiers and people of the two countries into a loyal, pure, special, exemplary and rare relationship, which is a priceless asset of the people of the two countries.

President Ho Chi Minh affirmed:"Vietnam - Laos, our two countries/ Love is deeper than the Red River and Mekong River".Chairman Kaysone Phomvihane also affirmed:"In the history of world revolution, there have been shining examples of proletarian internationalism, but nowhere and never before has there been such a special, long-lasting, and comprehensive solidarity and fighting alliance"; "Mountains may wear away, rivers may dry up, but the Laos-Vietnam friendship will forever be stronger than mountains and rivers".

In particular, since the two countries carried out the renovation process with many difficulties and challenges, but with the good tradition of the special relationship, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, the relationship between the two countries has been increasingly strengthened, expanded and achieved great victories.


The high-ranking delegation of the capital Vientiane, Lao People's Democratic Republic expressed their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh; He fought and sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation of Vietnam and people around the world; He, together with the leaders of the Lao Party and State: Prince Souphanouvong, President Kaysone Phomvihane, fought tirelessly for the cause of peace of the Vietnamese people and the people of Lao ethnic groups.

On the same day, the delegation also visited WHA Industrial Park, learning about the environment, mechanisms and policies to attract investment in Nghe An province.


At WHA Industrial Zone 1 - Nghe An, the delegation listened to the WHA Board of Directors give a brief introduction about the industrial park. The highlight of WHA is a comprehensive, modern, synchronous industrial park, built and managed to ensure good environmental sustainability requirements. The focus is on developing industrial types: electronics, agricultural, forestry and fishery processing, wine, beer, soft drinks, construction materials production, mineral processing, machine assembly, textiles, plastics, consumer goods, office equipment... limiting the placement of industries that can cause environmental pollution.

Visiting WHA Industrial Zone 1 Nghe An, the high-ranking delegation from Vientiane Capital discussed and learned about some mechanisms and preferential policies to attract investors of the industrial park as well as the support and facilitation of Nghe An province in investment procedures.
