Agricultural, industrial and service production has a fairly good growth rate; the industrial development index in April is estimated to increase by 19.6% and the cumulative figure for the first four months is estimated to increase by 12.31% over the same period; total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue is estimated to increase by 27.97% and the cumulative figure for the first four months is estimated to increase by 21.32%; cumulative export turnover in the first four months is estimated to reach 1.14 billion USD, an increase of 28.4% over the same period;...
+ State budget revenue in the first 4 months of 2025 is VND 8,980 billion, reaching 50.7% of the estimate, up 5.6% over the same period in 2024 (of which, domestic revenue is VND 8,389 billion, revenue from import and export activities is VND 522.6 billion).
+ The disbursement rate of public investment capital in the first 4 months of 2025 reached 22.56% (higher than the national average (15.56%)).
+ Investment attraction in the first 4 months of 2025: Total newly granted and increased investment capital is 7,455.5 billion VND.
The fields of culture, society and social security are given attention and direction. Successfully organize the opening ceremony of Cua Lo Tourism in 2025 and a series of cultural, sports and tourism events to serve tourists (during the April 30 and May 1 holidays, the province is estimated to welcome and serve about 1.18 million tourists, an increase of 23% over the same period); well organize propaganda activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification. The Education sector carries out review work and prepares necessary conditions for the 10th grade entrance exam and high school graduation exam to ensure regulations.
The Steering Committees at all levels have urgently and resolutely directed the development of the Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units; organized propaganda and implemented it in accordance with regulations. Nghe An province has completed and submitted the Project to the Government and the Ministry of Home Affairs to ensure progress before May 1, 2025. Currently, the Government has submitted to the National Assembly Standing Committee the Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units in Nghe An province in 2025.
Military, defense, and security tasks were well implemented; during the past 5-day holiday, traffic accidents decreased in 2 criteria (1 less case, 1 less death; the number of injured people did not increase or decrease).
Foreign affairs were effectively implemented with many outstanding activities (organizing visits and New Year greetings to the provinces of Laos; organizing working delegations to China; receiving and working with foreign delegations: Communist Party of Cuba; SK Group (Korea); Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany in Vietnam).

Focus on implementing tasks to prepare for the end of district-level activities and the implementation of commune-level activities from July 1, 2025; ensure that all State management tasks in the area are still carried out continuously and effectively, without interrupting the provision of administrative services and public services to people, organizations and businesses.
