From July 1, 2025, part-time workers are entitled to sick leave.

According to Clause 1, Article 2 of the Law on Social Insurance 2024, from July 1, 2025, part-time employees, as long as they meet the conditions on contract and salary, will enjoy full benefits of compulsory social insurance, including sick leave.
