Knapper; Mr. Eric Trump, Vice President of the Trump Organization and his wife.
The Khoai Chau urban, eco-tourism, and golf complex project covers an area of nearly 1,000 hectares and has a total investment of over 1.5 billion USD; it includes a 54-hole VIP golf course, resort, luxury villas, a modern urban complex, and amenities built to international standards.

As part of a strategic partnership between the Trump Organization and Hung Yen Company – a subsidiary of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation – this is the first Trump-branded project in Vietnam, continuing the quality standards that have built the reputation of Trump properties globally, and promising to become one of the most iconic destinations in Vietnam.
This is also an international-scale project with significant importance for socio-economic development, promoting growth and economic transformation in Hung Yen province in particular and the whole country in general; it is expected to contribute to maximizing the tourism potential of the Red River Delta region and become a symbolic project, marking the comprehensive strategic cooperation relationship between Vietnam and the United States.
Speaking at the event, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his pleasure at attending the groundbreaking ceremony of the project in the atmosphere of the whole country having just celebrated the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, the 135th anniversary of the birth of the great President Ho Chi Minh, and looking forward to celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd.

The Prime Minister stated that Vietnam has 80 years of independence, 40 of which were marked by war and 30 years of blockade and embargo, but it has strongly promoted the spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement, overcoming difficulties and challenges to rise up and build a beautiful and prosperous country.
Although the country still faces many difficulties and challenges, we believe that under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the management of the State, and the unity of the people, Vietnam will build a more prosperous and beautiful country, standing shoulder to shoulder with the great powers of the five continents, as our beloved President Ho Chi Minh always wished.
The Prime Minister emphasized that this project is of significant importance in promoting the Vietnam-US relationship to become increasingly deeper, more substantive, and more effective; affirming the confidence of foreign investors, including US investors, in Vietnam; contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of Hung Yen and Vietnam, making it green, clean, and beautiful with world-class projects; enhancing the brand value of Hung Yen in particular and Vietnam in general; receiving the transfer of advanced management technology; and contributing to creating jobs and livelihoods for the people.
In fact, leading US corporations such as Intel, Nike, Apple, Boeing, Nvidia… and now the Trump Organization are expanding their investments, affirming their confidence in Vietnam's business environment.

The Prime Minister reiterated that during his first term, US President Donald Trump visited Vietnam twice, leaving a positive impression and positive feelings. The Vietnam-US Comprehensive Strategic Partnership has continued to develop positively, making a significant contribution to a peaceful, cooperative, and prosperous environment in the region and the world; Vietnam hopes to welcome President Trump back to Vietnam in the future.
Assessing the presence of Mr. Eric Trump and his wife at the groundbreaking ceremony as a source of motivation and inspiration for the project, the Prime Minister stated that the groundbreaking is just the beginning, and there is still a huge amount of work to be done in completing the design, clearing a large area of land, and organizing construction to ensure progress, quality, technical standards, aesthetics, environmental hygiene, and labor safety.
The Prime Minister hopes that Hung Yen province and relevant ministries and agencies will closely coordinate and provide active support to complete the project within two years, in time for the APEC 2027 event in Vietnam; contributing to the development of Hung Yen's service sector to a new level and affirming the good relationship between the two countries.
The Prime Minister expressed his sincere gratitude and hoped that the people would continue to support and cede land for the project, contributing to the development of their homeland and country; local Party committees and authorities must take good care of the lives and livelihoods of those who have given up land for the project, with the goal of ensuring that their new homes are better than their old ones.
The Prime Minister emphasized that Hung Yen is a place with a glorious cultural and historical tradition, a land of "spiritual and talented people" as the saying goes, "First is the capital city, second is Pho Hien"; he urged the province to continue to uphold this tradition in the new era of the nation, an era of striving for development, wealth, civilization, prosperity, and a people who are increasingly well-off and happy.

The Prime Minister expressed confidence that the project would be successfully completed in the shortest possible time, bringing benefits to investors, the common interests of both countries, and contributing to peace, stability, cooperation, and development in the region and the world.
Mr. Dang Thanh Tam, Chairman of Kinh Bac, stated that the two partners share a common vision of Hung Yen's potential to become a leading golf and lifestyle destination in Asia; and with their superior experience in developing world-class golf courses, both sides are excited to realize this vision.
