Speaking at the conference to contribute ideas on the Project to reorganize and streamline the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and mass organizations at the provincial and communal levels; Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province, gave directions to reorganize and reduce a number of mass organizations and public service units.

On the morning of May 26, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province held a conference to contribute ideas to the draft Project on reorganizing and streamlining the organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State at the provincial and communal levels.
Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province chaired the conference.
Attending the conference were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Party Committees of provincial Party agencies, the Department of Home Affairs and leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, along with socio-political organizations and mass organizations at the provincial level.

Pay attention to staff arrangement and facilities
On the basis of closely following the documents of the Central Committee and the direction and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has developed the Project "Reorganizing and streamlining the organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State at the provincial and communal levels".

At the conference, the meeting participants agreed and highly agreed on the content and layout of the project developed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in a methodical, scientific and rigorous manner, meeting the requirements of streamlining the organizational apparatus; overcoming the overlapping of functions and tasks between socio-political organizations and professional associations.

Specifically, highly agree with the arrangement of 5 socio-political organizations and 18 mass organizations into the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. At the same time, agree to establish 8 "hard" committees in the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to perform the functions and tasks of advising, assisting and organizing professional implementation.
Including: Office; Organizing - Inspection Committee; Democracy - Supervision - Social Criticism Committee; Trade Union Working Committee; Farmers Working Committee; Youth and Children Working Committee; Women Working Committee; Veterans Working Committee. In addition, based on the plan to establish 3 special committees for selection; basic opinions agreed to establish 2 special committees, including: Ethnic - Religious and mass organizations Committee; Propaganda - Social work Committee.

Regarding the 4 associations that were not assigned tasks by the Central Government, including: Gardening Association, Acupuncture Association, Architectural Association and Association of Soldiers imprisoned by the enemy; some members participating in the discussion have different views. One direction is to arrange them into the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, but continue to maintain independent activities as socio-political organizations and mass associations; the other direction is to arrange them into socio-political organizations and mass associations with overlapping and similar functions and tasks.

Members also gave their opinions on the arrangement of affiliated public service units, including: Labor Culture House; Truong Bon Historical Relic Management Board; Nghe An College of Economics and Technology No. 1; Provincial Youth Development Support Center; Farmer Support and Vocational Education Center; Provincial Youth Volunteer Force Command Board and Nghe An Youth Volunteer Teams.

In addition to the above contents, many opinions were also given on the arrangement of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and the arrangement of organizational structure and staffing within socio-political organizations and mass organizations; and the arrangement and use of facilities of the units.
Orientation of arrangement of some organizations and career units
In her concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the members attending the meeting.

Based on the comments of the meeting participants, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh requested the project drafting team to closely follow the Central's project outline and absorb the comments at the conference to continue to complete the draft project before May 28, 2025 to organize another round of consultation before submitting it to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; at the same time, she proposed to add the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board, the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies and the Department of Home Affairs to the project drafting team.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Head of the National Assembly delegation of the province also requested mass organizations to evaluate the effectiveness of their operations, organizational structure, staffing and membership, including assigned assets; at the same time, requested socio-political organizations and professional associations to proactively develop projects and plans to reorganize the apparatus according to their authority, in accordance with the 2-level government model, ensuring that the organizations come into operation from July 1, 2025.

Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh also directed the drafting team to study and arrange the Association of Former Teachers and the Association of Former Police Officers according to the approved Central Project. At the same time, orient the arrangement of a number of mass organizations with similar functions and tasks with socio-political organizations and professional associations to both reduce the number of focal points and overcome the overlapping of functions and tasks.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province also directed the arrangement of a number of agencies and public service units; including arranging the centers under current socio-political organizations into a community center; studying the arrangement of Youth Support Centers; the Vietnam - Germany Children's Cultural House and Nguyen Tat Thanh Park into the Nghe An Youth Culture - Sports Center...
