Authorities are investigating three young men riding a motorbike with three people on it, swerving recklessly, and resisting traffic police.
A video clip showing three teenagers riding a motorbike without helmets, speeding, swerving, and showing disregard for law enforcement has sparked public outrage. Immediately afterward, the Traffic Police Team of Hung Nguyen District, under the Traffic Police Department (Nghe An Provincial Police), investigated and issued citations to the violators.
Upon verification, the driver of the motorcycle with license plate 37AB-000.53 was identified as D.XN (born in 2007), residing in Hung Nguyen district. Authorities issued an administrative violation report against D.XN for the following offenses: not wearing a helmet while driving a motorcycle, carrying a passenger who was not wearing a helmet, carrying two people on the motorcycle, not having a driver's license, and reckless driving on the road.
In addition, the police also issued an administrative penalty to Mr. D.XD (born in 1978) – N.'s father and the owner of the vehicle – for the offense of: entrusting a vehicle to a person who is not qualified to operate it in traffic.
The two young men sitting on the back of the motorbike in the clip, NKN and Đ.VQ (both born in 2008), were also fined for not wearing helmets while riding a motorbike.

Previously, Nghe An Newspaper reported that on the evening of May 24th, a more than 2-minute-long video clip circulated on social media, showing three teenagers riding together on a motorbike without helmets, repeatedly performing dangerous acts on a road allegedly located in the VSIP Nghe An urban area, Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district.
According to the video, the offending vehicle was being chased by a police patrol car, with its siren blaring continuously and signals to stop. However, the driver did not comply but accelerated and fled, at times nearly causing accidents to other road users due to reckless driving and swerving at high speed.
It was only when a police patrol car blocked the narrow section of the road that the vehicle carrying the three teenagers was forced to stop.
Immediately after being posted, the video attracted significant attention from the online community. The majority of comments expressed outrage at the group of young men's disregard for the law and the lives of others. They also called for authorities to take strict action to deter and prevent similar acts in the future.
