According to TASS, American billionaire Elon Musk, a former advisor to President Donald Trump's administration, supports the idea of impeaching the White House occupant.

“Yes,” Elon Musk wrote on social media on June 5th, commenting on the impeachment proposal against President Trump and the replacement of Vice President JD Vance.

Musk also predicted a "downturn in the US economy in the second half of the year due to the tariffs that President Trump has imposed" on imports.

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump believes that the richest man on the planet, Elon Musk – who has ceased his duties at the Government Performance Board – “has gone mad.”

"Elon was 'out of breath,' I asked him to leave," President Donald Trump said on Truth Social, adding that he canceled the order because "it forces people to buy electric cars that nobody needs."

"For the past few months, he knew I was going to do it. And he went crazy," President Trump said.

The US President also threatened to terminate government contracts with Elon Musk's companies and cancel all subsidies. "The easiest way to save money in our budget, billions and billions of dollars, is to stop government subsidies and Elon's contracts. I'm always surprised that the 46th President of the United States, Joe Biden, hasn't done that!" – the White House occupant stated.

President Trump has not ruled out that his relationship with Elon Musk has deteriorated. Trump commented on Musk's harsh criticisms of a major spending bill currently under consideration in the U.S. Senate. Trump stressed the importance of passing this document.
