Euro exchange rate on June 10th: Black market continues to rise.

The euro exchange rate on June 10th fluctuated inconsistently among banks. On the black market, the euro continued to appreciate.

Euro exchange rates at domestic banks on June 10th.

At Vietcombank, the euro was traded at 28,984 VND/EUR for buying and 30,572 VND/EUR for selling, recording an increase of 59 dong and 62 dong respectively compared to the previous session.

BIDV also adjusted its rates upwards, raising the buying rate to 29,323 VND/EUR and the selling rate to 30,559 VND/EUR, an increase of 71 and 39 dong respectively.

HSBC only increased slightly by 10 dong in both directions, trading at 29,139 VND/EUR for buying and 30,268 VND/EUR for selling.

Contrary to the upward trend, some banks adjusted their euro exchange rates downwards. At VietinBank, the buying rate decreased by 75 dong to 29,240 VND/EUR, while the selling rate fell to 30,495 VND/EUR.

Eximbank also recorded a decrease of 39 dong in the buying rate and 41 dong in the selling rate, currently trading at 29,174 – 30,190 VND/EUR.

Techcombank and Sacombank both reduced their rates by 50 to nearly 60 dong in each direction, bringing the exchange rate to a low level within the surveyed group.

Currently, the euro buying rate at banks ranges from 28,984 to 29,323 VND/EUR. Meanwhile, the selling rate is in the range of 30,182 to 30,572 VND/EUR. BIDV has the highest buying rate, while Sacombank maintains the lowest selling rate.

On the black market, the euro continued to appreciate. At 12:15 this morning, the buying rate was recorded at 29,674 VND/EUR and the selling rate at 29,784 VND/EUR, an increase of 56 dong in both directions.

This marks the second consecutive day of increases, indicating that demand for foreign currency exchange among the public remains stable.

Meanwhile, on the international market, the euro was trading around 1.1402 USD/EUR at 3:15 PM, a slight decrease of 0.00183 USD compared to the previous session.
