Nghe An implements the Prime Minister's urgent dispatch on eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses

Nghe An continues to focus on directing the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area with the spirit of "6 clear" and "4 real".

Accordingly, implementing the Prime Minister's Urgent Telegram No. 84/CD-TTg dated June 8, 2025 on focusing on completing the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide before August 31, 2025, the Provincial Steering Committee requests agencies, units, and localities to deploy a number of tasks, specifically as follows:

Provincial People's Committee:

The organization announced the completion of the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses.

Direct the Department of Finance to coordinate with relevant units to advise on the province's budget to immediately implement support for starting new construction and repairing houses for people with meritorious services and relatives of martyrs, ensuring that it does not exceed the number of houses and the budget approved by the province to be sent to the Ministry of Construction for appraisal and synthesis to be sent to the Ministry of Finance.

Report on funding needs to support at the level of 60 million VND/newly built house and 30 million VND/repaired house for houses from 02 National Target Programs starting construction in 2025 to the Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions before June 13, 2025.

Head of the Steering Committee for the implementation of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in districts, cities and towns:

Continue to focus on directing the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area with the spirit of "6 clear: clear people, clear work, clear responsibility, clear authority, clear time, clear results" and "4 truths: speak the truth, do the truth, be effective, and benefit the people" to complete before July 31, 2025 (in particular, for 73 houses in Khe Bung and Co Phat villages, in Mon Son commune, Con Cuong district, to be completed before August 31, 2025), simultaneously start construction of the remaining houses before June 20, 2025; in which, focus on urging and supporting the construction of houses for policy beneficiaries, people with revolutionary contributions, martyrs' relatives, households that are victims of Agent Orange/dioxin... striving to complete the handover before the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 2025).

Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province - Standing agency of the Provincial Steering Committee:

Coordinate with relevant units to update, summarize, and notify the implementation progress to localities; promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in implementing the Program and advise and propose to the Provincial Steering Committee to handle issues beyond its authority.

Provincial Police, Provincial Military Command, Provincial Border Guard Command:

Continue to direct units stationed in localities to be more active and determined to effectively support construction workers and transport materials to households during the process of building and repairing houses.

During the implementation process, if any difficulties or problems arise, agencies, units and localities shall promptly report to the Provincial Steering Committee (through the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee) for synthesis, consideration and handling according to their authority.
