On the morning of June 18, the Department of Education and Training coordinated with the Provincial Police and the Provincial Inspectorate to organize a training conference on inspection and examination skills for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Mr. Dao Cong Loi - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training - Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the High School Graduation Exam said,High school graduation exam 2025has its own characteristics. Specifically, this is the first year of graduation exams according to the 2018 General Education Program and there are additional independent candidates taking the exam according to the 2006 General Education Program.

In addition, this exam takes place in the context of the arrangement of the two-level local government apparatus, and the merger of a number of provinces and cities. In particular, the Department of Education and Training Inspectorate will be transferred to the Provincial Inspectorate and the Ministry of Education and Training Inspectorate will be transferred to the Government Inspectorate... which will have an impact on the leadership and direction of the exam.

According to regulations, in this exam, the Provincial People's Committee will be fully responsible for organizing the local exam. The Department of Education and Training will preside over and establish inspection teams for exam preparation, invigilation, review, and graduation recognition in 2025.

During the implementation process, in addition to the inspection force, there will be the participation and coordination of inspection teams from universities, inspection teams from the Department of Education and Training, and mobile inspection teams. With more than 40,000 candidates taking the exam, ranking 4th in the country, Nghe An will mobilize more than 6,500 people to serve the exam. In addition, there are more than 250 people working as team leaders, deputy team leaders, and members of inspection teams at 72 exam sites across the province.

Emphasizing the importance of inspection and examination work in maintaining discipline and exam order, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for High School Graduation Exams Dao Cong Loi requested delegates attending the training to uphold their sense of responsibility, focus on listening, actively exchange and discuss to grasp the professional content, especially the new points in the regulations and instructions for organizing the exam in 2025.

In addition, in order for the exam to take place seriously, safely, and in accordance with regulations, the Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training requested that the team doing the exam inspection and examination work need to promote and uphold their responsibilities, and correctly identify tasks to avoid overlap and duplication between inspection teams.

At the conference, delegates were instructed on the professional inspection and examination of the exam; the exam regulations and the latest guidance documents of the Ministry and Department on the 2025 High School Graduation Exam; instructions on the inspection and examination process of all stages of the exam from preparation, invigilation, grading, review to handling arising situations.

Delegates were also imparted necessary professional skills such as: Collecting information, verifying, making records of violations, handling evidence and complaints related to the exam; Coordination between inspection forces at all levels and related units to ensure efficiency and consistency;

The provincial police also provided guidance on measures to prevent and detect cheating in exams and practice handling hypothetical situations that may occur during inspections and checks...
