On June 18, 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee held the Party Cell Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies and comrades in the Working Group directing the Congress of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee. On the side of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, there were comrade Ho Le Ngoc - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and comrades leading the committee.
The Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Party Cell currently has 28 party members, operating in 04 party cells. In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Party Cell has focused on leading and directing the effective implementation of political tasks; political, ideological and ethical work; cadre work and the work of building a clean and strong party cell; inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement work in the Party; the work of building agencies and mass organizations with outstanding results:
Lead and direct cadres and party members to uphold the sense of responsibility, promote dynamism and creativity in advising the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to concretize many major policies and guidelines of the Party and State on internal affairs, prevention and fight against corruption, waste, and negativity (PCTN, LP, TC), judicial reform, receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations. Advise to do a good job of summarizing and summarizing directives and resolutions... of the Central and the province on internal affairs, prevention and fight against PCTN, LP, TC, judicial reform, receiving citizens and handling complaints and denunciations.
Coordinate with Party committees, authorities at all levels and agencies in the internal affairs sector to promote the strength of the political system; advise on the timely handling and resolution of 50 complicated and prominent cases and cases of public concern, contributing to ensuring political security and social order and safety. Deploy 34 inspections and supervisions, including: 18 by the Provincial Party Standing Committee; 06 by the Provincial Steering Committee on prevention and control of corruption, labor and corruption; 07 by the Provincial Judicial Reform Steering Committee; 03 by the Provincial Party Internal Affairs Committee. Receive and advise on the handling of 4,851 petitions, recommendations, complaints and denunciations sent to the Provincial Party Standing Committee; 7,456 petitions sent to the Provincial Party Internal Affairs Committee; guide and explain to 1,190 citizens who come to register to receive citizens and submit petitions, feedback, complaints and denunciations. Issue and implement plans to raise awareness and responsibility of cadres and party members in studying political theory; improve the quality and effectiveness of political and ideological education, training of moral qualities and lifestyle for cadres and party members. Promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with self-criticism and criticism in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the 11th and 12th Central Committees; Regulation No. 144-QD/TW dated May 9, 2024 of the Politburo on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period; strengthen leadership in implementing administrative reform, digital transformation, implementing grassroots democracy regulations, performing the task of ensuring security and order at agencies; social security work, grasping the situation of public opinion and fighting, refuting wrong and hostile views, protecting the Party's ideological foundation; inspection, supervision and disciplinary work within the Party; cadre work and work to build clean and strong party cells.

During the term, the Party Cell had 01 Party member awarded a Certificate of Merit by the superior Party Committee for excellently completing tasks for 5 consecutive years from 2020 to 2024; 14 Party members were awarded by the Party Cell for well implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" and making many contributions to the activities of the Party Cell; many collectives and individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission for their many achievements in work. Every year, 100% of party members are classified as having completed their tasks well, the Party Cell always achieves the title of "clean and strong" and has completed its tasks excellently. The Party Cell has no complaints or denunciations; no party members have been disciplined. The Party Cell has implemented 5/7 targets set out in the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
