Nghe An has 3/20 district-level units completing 100% of housing programs for people.
As of June 19, 2025, in Nghe An, 3/20 units have completed 100% of the housing program for the people. The average housing completion rate of the whole province is 96.06% and of the remaining 17 units that have not completed, 8 units have the number of completed houses equal to or higher than the average of the whole province; 9 units have a house completion rate lower than the average of the province.

According to updated data from the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, in week 3, June 2025 (from June 13 to June 19, 2025), the movement to eliminate dilapidated and makeshift housing for people continued to be accelerated by all levels, sectors and localities in the province; in which many localities set the goal of completing before the end of district-level government activities and operating the new commune-level government model from July 1, 2025.
The results of the implementation of support for construction and repair during the week, specifically the number of houses started construction was 51 (31 new houses, 20 houses repaired). Of which, the Program supported from socialized sources 29 houses (26 new houses, 3 houses repaired); the Program supported houses for people with meritorious services 22 houses (5 new houses, 17 houses repaired).

The number of houses completed and handed over for use during the week was 431 (274 newly built, 157 repaired). Of which, the Socialized Support Program supported 110 houses (78 newly built, 32 repaired); two National Target Programs supported 110 houses (56 newly built, 54 repaired); the Housing Support Program for Meritorious People supported 211 houses (140 newly built, 71 repaired).

Accumulated since the implementation of the Program to mobilize and support the poor and households with housing difficulties to build houses according to Directive No. 21, dated February 10, 2023, of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, by June 19, 2025, the whole province has completed support for the construction and repair of 20,067 houses, reaching 96.06% of the total need for support reviewed and approved 20,891 houses.
Of which, support from the Program to eliminate dilapidated houses (socialized source) is 10,476/10,685 houses, reaching 98.04%; support from two National Target Programs is 6,776/6,950 houses, reaching 97.50%; Program for people with meritorious services to the revolution and relatives of martyrs: 2,815/3,256 houses, reaching 86.46%.

By June 19, 2025, the whole province has 3/20 district-level units completing 100% of the housing program for people, including: Hoang Mai town and Quy Hop and Do Luong districts.
Of the remaining 17 units, 8 units have the number of completed houses equal to or higher than the provincial average, including: Quynh Luu district reached 98.96%; Anh Son district reached 98.87%; Nam Dan district reached 98.82%; Que Phong district reached 98.77%; Quy Chau district reached 98.67%; Ky Son district reached 97.98%; Tuong Duong district reached 96.26%; Nghi Loc district reached 96.06%.
There are 9 units with a house completion rate lower than the provincial average. Including: Yen Thanh district reached 95.29%; Nghia Dan reached 94.21%; Thanh Chuong district reached 94.17%; Vinh city reached 93.61%; Tan Ky district reached 93.33%; Con Cuong district reached 92.43%; Thai Hoa town reached 91.06; Hung Nguyen district reached 90.68%; Dien Chau district reached 81%.

Currently, the whole province has a total of 824 houses (625 new houses, 199 houses repaired) that need to be built and completed before July 31, 2025.
Of which, the Socialized Source Program has 209 houses (158 new houses, 51 repaired houses); two National Target Programs have 174 houses (138 new houses, 36 repaired houses); the Housing Support Program for people with revolutionary contributions has 441 houses (329 new houses, 112 repaired houses).

Of the 824 houses that need to be built, the most concentrated is in Dien Chau district with 168 houses (136 new houses, 32 repaired houses); followed by Tuong Duong district with 159 houses (110 new houses, 49 repaired houses).
In turn, Ky Son district has 79 houses (70 newly built, 9 repaired); Con Cuong district has 73 houses (53 newly built, 20 repaired); Thanh Chuong district has 71 houses (42 newly built, 29 repaired); Yen Thanh district has 46 houses (36 newly built, 10 repaired); Tan Ky district has 42 houses (36 newly built, 6 repaired); Vinh city has 40 houses (31 newly built, 9 repaired); Hung Nguyen district has 40 houses (24 newly built, 16 repaired); Que Phong district has 27 houses (14 newly built, 13 repaired); Quy Chau district has 22 houses (21 newly built, 1 repaired); Nghia Dan district has 19 newly built houses; Nghi Loc district has 17 houses (15 newly built, 2 repaired); Thai Hoa town 11 houses (8 newly built, 3 repaired); Anh Son district 5 newly built houses; Quynh Luu district 3 newly built houses; Nam Dan district 2 newly built houses.

In week 3, June 2025, the provincial level disbursed 37 million VND; district-level units received 23,268 million VND from 3 sources: meritorious people, socialized sources and two national target programs; at the same time, disbursed 71,667 million VND from meritorious people, two national target programs and socialized sources.
