Are real estate businesses required to register for VNeID organizational identification from July 1, 2025? This is a matter of concern for Ms. Le Thi Duc (Vinh City, Nghe An).
Reply:Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 40, Decree 69/2024/ND-CP stipulates as follows:
Article 40: Entry into force
1. This Decree comes into force from July 1, 2024.
2. Decree No. 59/2022/ND-CP dated September 5, 2022 of the Government regulating electronic identification and authentication ceases to be effective from the effective date of this Decree.
3. Accounts created by the National Public Service Portal, the administrative procedure settlement information system at the ministerial and provincial levels issued to individuals can be used until June 30, 2024.
4. Accounts created by the National Public Service Portal, the administrative procedure settlement information system at the ministerial and provincial levels for agencies and organizations are valid until June 30, 2025.
According to the above regulations, accounts issued by the National Public Service Portal and the administrative procedure settlement information system at the ministerial and provincial levels to agencies and organizations will only be valid until June 30, 2025.
From July 1, 2025, real estate businesses will no longer be able to use these accounts to access and perform administrative procedures on public service platforms.
Instead, businesses begin to register to use organizational identification accounts on the VNeID platform to access the National Public Service Portal and administrative procedure settlement systems at all levels.
Although registering for a VNeID organizational identification account is not mandatory, if not done, real estate businesses may encounter difficulties in online transactions such as tax declaration, submission of public administrative documents, etc.
