The Office has received 64,652 incoming documents, issued over 17,117 outgoing documents; organized and served hundreds of conferences; organized and welcomed 656 delegations, including 154 central and international delegations.

Administrative reform and digital transformation are promoted, 100% of staff are proficient in technology application, actively using IOffice software and online systems.

The Party Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Office also focuses on implementing grassroots democracy regulations, building scientific working methods, and improving discipline and administrative order.

National defense and security, anti-corruption, and internal security work are implemented synchronously. Social security activities are given attention, with many programs to help disadvantaged communes such as Mau Duc, Mon Son (Con Cuong) and Phu Son (Tan Ky)...

During the term, the Party Committee admitted 3 new members. The Party Committee directed the organization to strictly implement regulations on personnel work, planning, training, fostering, and promoting cadres in accordance with procedures and principles. The Party Committee paid attention to building a democratic, disciplined, united, and humane working environment, helping cadres feel secure in their work and develop their abilities and strengths.

The Party Committee also actively led the fight against wrong views, strengthened political education for young cadres and new party members, and contributed to building the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee to be recognized for "Excellently completing tasks" for 3 years and "Goodly completing tasks" for 2 years.

Innovate leadership methods, improve the quality of consulting, synthesizing and serving; promote digital transformation in Office activities; build a team of cadres with strong political qualities, deep expertise, and professional proficiency, meeting the increasingly high requirements in the new situation.

Regarding specific targets, the Congress proposed 7 groups of targets and 5 groups of key tasks and breakthroughs. The focus is on breakthroughs in administrative reform, digital transformation, building a modern and professional Provincial Party Committee Office, which is the central hub for data integration and information connection to serve the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Congress approved the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies on the appointment of the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; the Decision on the appointment of the Inspection Committee, Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and the Decision on the appointment of the Provincial Party Delegation to attend the Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies of Nghe An Province, term 2025-2030.
