On the morning of June 26, candidates began taking the first exam subject of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam - Literature. This is a special exam of historical significance as it is both the first year of taking the exam under the new 2018 General Education Program and organizing the exam for students under the 2006 General Education Program.

Candidates take 2 compulsory subjects, Math and Literature, along with 2 elective subjects. This is one of the new points that helps reduce the pressure of exams and orient the assessment of individual abilities.
