Nghe An announces list of addresses and hotline numbers of public administrative service centers in 130 communes and wards

Along with the whole country, from July 1, 2025, Nghe An officially operates a government model including provincial and commune levels, no longer district level as before.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 1678/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated June 16, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in 2025, Nghe An province arranges commune-level administrative units.

After the reorganization, Nghe An province has 130 commune-level administrative units, including 119 communes and 11 wards. On this basis, to better serve people and businesses in handling administrative procedures, the province has established a system of public administrative service centers in 100% of communes and wards, ensuring synchronous operation from the first day of operating the new model.

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Notice to publicly announce the list of headquarters addresses and hotline numbers of the provincial public administrative service centers and communes and wards across the province.

Accordingly, the Nghe An Provincial Public Administration Service Center continues to operate at its old headquarters, now at No. 16, Truong Thi Street, Truong Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province. The hotline phone number and center leaders include:088 939 1818; 02383 668 789; 845127777.

Administrative service centers for communes and wards are located in 130 new communes and wards, with identification signs, synchronous equipment and responsible officers and civil servants.

On the morning of June 30, Nghe An province, along with 33 provinces and cities across the country, will hold a ceremony to announce the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee regarding the establishment of Party organizations, the Fatherland Front and personnel of Party committees and authorities of commune-level administrative units after the reorganization. This is a necessary step to ensure continuity and smoothness in State management activities and serving the people at the local level.

From July 1, 2025, the new administrative units will officially come into operation, marking a historic and comprehensive reform period, opening up expectations for a streamlined, efficient, effective, efficient local government that is close to the people and serves the people better.
