Mr. Le Quang Hanh, Nam Thang hamlet, Xuan Lam commune shared: In the past, traveling to complete procedures was very difficult. Now, with the new policy, the State assigns tasks to the commune level to carry out tasks that people previously had to travel to many places, now they only need to go to one place to complete. The new Yen Na commune of Nghe An province was merged from Yen Na and Yen Tinh communes (old Tuong Duong district). The commune has 16 villages, the farthest of which is 30 km from the commune center, mainly inhabited by Thai and Kho Mu ethnic people. Currently, the commune has 46 cadres and civil servants.
