Timely verify and handle the tractor-trailer driver who overtook and cut in front of a car on National Highway 46.
On the afternoon of July 3, Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 - Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police invited Mr. NXL (born in 1987, residing in Quynh Van commune, Nghe An province) to work to clarify the violation of traffic order and safety.
Through verification, Mr. NXL admitted that he was the driver of the tractor with license plate 37C-295.08, pulling a semi-trailer with license plate 37R-037.56, who illegally overtook at 2:30 p.m. on June 28, at Km09+900 on National Highway 46B, through Nam Dan district (old), Nghe An province.
Previously, Nghe An Newspaper, Radio and Television reported information from a dash cam recording the incident. Accordingly, at the time, the tractor-trailer driven by Mr. L. was moving at high speed, suddenly veered to the right to overtake, then cut in front of a car traveling in the same direction, endangering other vehicles on the road.
The driver's behavior not only seriously violated the Road Traffic Law but also angered public opinion because it posed a high risk of leading to a serious accident.
Currently, Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 - Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province Police has drawn up a record to handle the violation against driver NXL according to the provisions of law.
