Severe flooding has surrounded and cut off Con Cuong commune, leaving many households submerged and losing all their property.

Rising water levels in the Lam River have caused flooding of 1-3 meters in 19 out of 36 villages in Con Cuong commune. 360 households have been severely affected, with many losing all their possessions.
