Hanoi Open University announces 2025 admission floor scores and admission regulations

According to the latest announcement from Hanoi Open University, the threshold to ensure input quality (floor score) for the 2025 regular university entrance exam has been announced.

Candidates are eligible to apply for admission to the school when they have the total score of the subjects/exams (coefficient 1) in the admission combination plus regional priority points, priority is given to subjects achieving from the threshold score to ensure input quality or higher.

An important point candidates need to remember is the regulation on the difference in scores between admission groups. Specifically:

For Law, Economic Law, International Law: admission combination C00 (Literature, History, Geography) has a difference of +2.0 points compared to the remaining admission combinations.

For other majors: the difference between the admission combinations is 0, meaning there is no difference in scores between the combinations.

The school has also announced the equivalent conversion table between regular university admission methods in 2025 for candidates to easily look up.

Candidates must register their admission wishes online. Registration is done on the Ministry of Education and Training's Admissions Portal or the National Public Service Portal.

The deadline for candidates to complete their application is 5:00 p.m. on July 28, 2025. Interested candidates need to urgently complete the procedures so as not to miss the opportunity to be admitted to the school.
