The bustling market in western Nghe An province is submerged in mud after the floods, leaving small traders penniless.

The historic flood that occurred after the remnants of Typhoon No. 3 submerged the entire Hoa Binh market area (Tuong Duong commune), destroying all the goods of the local people.
