Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, the Provincial Military Command launched a campaign throughout the armed forces to support people affected by Typhoon No. 3. Officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command voluntarily donated one day's basic salary, while non-commissioned officers and soldiers donated 10,000 VND each.

Right at the launching ceremony, all officers and soldiers of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command contributed a total of over 215 million VND. The Provincial Military Command also requested all agencies and units within the provincial armed forces to organize launching ceremonies to support people affected by Typhoon No. 3.
The donated funds will be distributed by the Provincial Military Command in coordination with relevant agencies to the people and families of military personnel who suffered heavy losses and were severely affected by the storms and floods.

This is a practical activity that upholds the traditions and qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers," demonstrating the humane spirit and "mutual support and compassion" of the officers and soldiers of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command, and the solidarity of the nation. It contributes to supporting the people in flood-affected areas, helping them overcome the consequences of natural disasters, and spreading the spirit of sharing and working together towards Western Nghe An - where many communes and villages are still isolated, people have lost their homes and property, and their lives have been disrupted after the floods.
