Timely handling of the collision of the relief convoy that had a series of accidents
A series of accidents involving four vehicles on their way to provide relief at a curve on Highway 16, about 12 km from My Ly Commune (Nghe An Province), left two people with minor injuries. Authorities have arrived promptly to handle the collision.
At around 1:40 p.m. on July 29, on National Highway 16, a series of collisions occurred between four vehicles on their way to provide relief. Before that, an orange Mitsubishi pickup truck was traveling from Muong Xen commune toMy Ly(old Ky Son district) to deliver relief goods. When the car was going downhill and passing a curve about 12km from My Ly, it lost control and had an accident.

Because the accident happened suddenly at the curve, the 3 cars behind were traveling in the same direction and could not control their speed and collided consecutively.
The incident left two people slightly injured and the vehicles severely damaged. Immediately after the incident, local residents reported it to the local authorities and the police arrived to provide timely assistance.
