Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Nhu Khoi met with voters of Muong Ham commune
On the afternoon of July 29, comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council had a meeting with voters after the 31st session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026 in Muong Ham commune.
Also participating in the meeting with voters were leaders of the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and People's Council delegates of Muong Ham commune.

Voters reflect many difficult problems from the grassroots
Opening the meeting with voters, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Nhu Khoi reported on the results of the 31st session of the 18th Nghe An Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026; Vice Chairman of the Muong Ham Commune People's Council Bui Thi Hoa reported on the expected agenda of the Muong Ham Commune People's Council session, term 2021 - 2026.
Voters also heard the Head of the Petition and Information Department, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council announce the results of handling petitions of voters of Muong Ham commune before, during and after the mid-year session of 2024.

Next, in the spirit of democracy and responsibility, many voters reflected and proposed that the province and commune pay attention to solving many practical problems and difficulties that have been affecting production and people's lives.
Many voters have reported on the complicated and difficult procedures for transferring, dividing plots of land, and inheriting land between parents and children when they want to live separately; they are requested to study and resolve the issue, creating favorable conditions for the people. Voters also requested the Muong Ham government to focus on resolving the land dispute in Nhoi village.
Voters in Muong Ham commune also reported the deterioration of some dams, spillways and roads in the area; affecting travel, especially during the rainy season, causing isolation. Therefore, voters requested competent authorities to conduct surveys and allocate capital to fix the problem; at the same time, pay attention to allocating resources to invest in building production roads, contributing to promoting local economic development.
In addition to the above issues, voters of Muong Ham commune also reflected on the inadequate irrigation system in some villages, causing difficulties in seasonal production for people; environmental pollution from farms, ranches, etc.
Listen and promptly resolve voters' complaints
Based on the opinions and suggestions of voters, the leaders of Muong Ham commune explained a number of issues within their authority.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Nhu Khoi also received and explained issues under the provincial authority related to granting land use right certificates to people; damaged power works; degraded traffic and irrigation systems; construction of raw material roads, etc.
In which, Muong Ham commune is required to review and identify urgent and necessary projects; projects that are within the province's investment resources, and make a written proposal to the province; for the remaining projects, it is necessary to promote social resources and mobilize people to join hands to solve them in order to better serve the people's living needs.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Party Committee and the government of Muong Ham commune to increase contact, stay close to the people, listen and promptly resolve difficulties arising from the grassroots, not letting voters and people wait until voter contact sessions to have their feedback and resolution.
In addition, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Nhu Khoi also emphasized a number of key tasks that the Party Committee and government of Muong Ham commune need to focus on in the remaining months of 2025.
The focus is on operating the two-level government smoothly, gradually perfecting the apparatus to be truly close to the people, serving the people well; focusing on socio-economic development as set out in 2025, paying attention to social security work; successfully organizing the Party Congress of the commune for the 2025-2030 term, paying attention to planning the development direction of the locality in the next 5 years and proposing tasks, solutions for leadership and drastic direction to bring the locality to develop strongly in the new term.
