For the past 8 days, people in 21 villages in the border commune of Nhon Mai (Nghe An) have been severely lacking clean water due to the recent flood that destroyed water sources and water pipeline systems. Nhon Mai Border Guard Station has made efforts to repair pipelines and filter water to help people "quench their thirst" for clean water.
Nhon Mai village in Nhon Mai border commune has 238 households, of which 47 suffered damage and the water pipeline system from the source of streams and creeks here was also damaged after the flood, causing a serious shortage of clean water for daily use. Even the headquarters of Nhon Mai Border Guard Station is in the same situation.
