On July 30, a working delegation of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union visited, encouraged and presented gifts to people and youth volunteer teams who are helping to overcome the consequences of floods in Muong Xen, Tuong Duong, Con Cuong and Tam Quang communes.

During the recent flood, these 3 villages were isolated. Of which, Lau village had more than 70 households flooded, Mac village had 78 households flooded and Nhan village had more than 40 households flooded.
