The victim was found dead at a bank on Le Hong Phong Street in Thanh Vinh Ward (Nghe An Province).
On the afternoon of August 8th, several employees of a bank branch in Thanh Vinh ward went to the warehouse on the 3rd floor of the bank to conduct an inventory check.
Upon opening the toilet door inside the warehouse, several people discovered a man lying motionless, leaning against the wall, and immediately reported it to the authorities.
Upon receiving the report, law enforcement quickly arrived and secured the scene. The person was determined to have died earlier.
Upon verification, the victim was identified as TC (born in 1987), a male employee at the aforementioned bank branch, residing in Ben Thuy ward (now Truong Vinh ward), Nghe An province.
