On August 9, the Party Committee of Nghia Dan commune, Nghe An province organized a party membership card exchange for the entire Party Committee of the commune. This is one of the first units in Nghe An province to organize the exchange of party membership cards.
Nghia Dan Commune Party Committee has 49 Party organizations and 1,209 Party members. Implementing the direction of the Central Organizing Committee and the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on implementing instructions on changing Party membership cards, the functional forces of Nghia Dan Commune are actively implementing steps to change Party membership cards throughout the Party Committee.

During 5 days (from August 9 to 13), the Party Building Committee and Nghia Dan Commune Police will coordinate to carry out the task of exchanging party membership cards. In particular, Nghia Dan Commune Police have increased, arranged means, machinery, and built hourly schedules for each Party organization.
The implementation is carried out in steps such as declaring information, entering data, taking photos, checking and comparing information, signing to confirm information and sending confirmed information to the Central Organizing Committee.
