These days, many streets in Nghe An are adorned with the vibrant red of the national flag and the Party flag. On every road, the flags flutter in the wind, further enhancing the joyful spirit of the entire nation as it looks forward to the Party Congress at all levels and the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd.

Hanging the flag not only demonstrates patriotism but also contributes to beautifying the village streets and alleys, creating a joyful atmosphere and strengthening community bonds. Remarkably, they began painting this road several years ago. For each holiday and Tet (Lunar New Year), they meticulously refresh the colors to keep it vibrant and lively.
