Solidarity and determination to build Nghi Loc commune into a ward before 2035
On the afternoon of August 14, the Nghi Loc Commune Party Committee, Nghe An Province held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term with the participation of 216 delegates representing 2,426 party members in the entire Party Committee.
Attending the congress were comrade Duong Dinh Chinh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Loc commune. Also attending were representatives of provincial departments, branches, and sectors and communes and wards in the province.
Premise for development
Nghi Loc Commune Party Committee was established on the basis of merging and consolidating 4 Party Committees of Dien Hoa, Nghi Trung, Nghi Van communes and Quan Hanh town. The Party Committee has 2,426 members, operating in 90 affiliated Party organizations.
Implementing the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, Nghi Loc commune's socio-economic development has made good progress, with the average economic growth rate of the whole commune estimated at 9.3%/year - a fairly high increase compared to the general level. Average income per capita in 2025 is estimated at 68.9 million VND, an increase of 21.4 million VND compared to the beginning of the term.
Infrastructure continues to be invested and upgraded; compensation and site clearance for key projects are well done; internal solidarity and unity; national defense and security are consolidated, social order and safety are maintained. Party building and rectification work has many positive changes.
Building Nghi Loc commune into a ward
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", in the 2025-2030 term, Nghi Loc Commune Party Committee strives to build Nghi Loc Commune into a locality with a synchronous infrastructure system; the material and spiritual life of the people is improved; national defense and security are maintained; the political system is strong; becoming one of the fast and comprehensively developing communes of the province.
Accordingly, the growth rate of total product value by 2030 is 11.79%; average income per capita reaches 90 million VND/year; total investment capital in the area in the period of 2025 - 2030 strives to reach over 13,300 billion VND; strives to complete the construction of a commune that meets model rural standards by 2030...
Speaking at the congress, comrade Duong Dinh Chinh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Loc commune acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party Committee, government and people of Nghi Loc commune in the past term.
Highly agreeing with the targets, tasks and solutions identified in the political report, according to comrade Duong Dinh Chinh, Nghi Loc commune needs to promote the potential advantages of land, human resources, connectivity and traffic infrastructure, correctly identify breakthroughs for faster and more comprehensive development in the coming time.
In particular, Nghi Loc commune needs to strongly promote the spirit of solidarity and aspiration to rise of the entire Party and people; strengthen the great national unity bloc and solidarity between religions.
Promote economic development associated with digital transformation, green transformation, and strong application of science and technology in production and life for rapid growth and sustainable development. In particular, complete planning to develop important industries and economic areas of the commune, especially agricultural trade services and concentrated commodity production.
In addition, the commune needs to exploit land funds, traffic infrastructure, and connect with the province's dynamic areas. Take care of cultural and social development, education and training, and high-quality human resources. Organize effectively and in-depth the movement of the entire people uniting to build a cultural life in residential areas.
In particular, the commune needs to soon complete the model new rural commune, plan and develop modern urban areas on the foundation to build Nghi Loc commune into a ward before 2035.
Maintain political security and social order and safety, especially rural security and special security, promptly handle problems right at the grassroots level, as a prerequisite for development.
Improve the quality and efficiency of local government operations at two levels according to the motto of creating and serving the people. Promote administrative reform, digital transformation, strengthen discipline and administrative discipline associated with building a team of cadres and civil servants with good professional qualifications, strong political will, high sense of responsibility, good spirit and attitude of serving the people.

Nghi Loc Commune Party Committee needs to promote Party building and rectification work, build a streamlined political system, and operate effectively and efficiently.
At the congress, delegates approved the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Nghi Loc Commune Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 23 comrades, the Commune Party Standing Committee consisting of 11 comrades, and the Commune Party Inspection Committee consisting of 3 comrades.
Comrade Nguyen Thanh Tung was appointed as Secretary of the Commune Party Committee and Chairman of the Commune People's Council; Comrade Nguyen Dang Duc was appointed as Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; Comrade Nguyen Ba Diep was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee and Chairman of the Commune People's Committee.
Delegates unanimously approved the Congress Resolution, demonstrating political determination to put the resolution into practice.
