Storm No. 5 raged for hours in Nghe An, causing heavy property damage. Many cars in wards of the old Vinh city were crushed by trees and had their windows broken after the storm.

Several cars parked on the side of the road were hit by the trees.Some cars were dented by falling glass from tall buildings.A car in the ward was hit by a wall from the training ground of Song Lam Club.Many car windows were broken due to falling apartment windows.Many cars were damaged by the collapsed wall.There are no specific damage figures yet, however, it is estimated that hundreds of cars parked around apartment buildings, high-rise buildings and around some large trees were affected by storm No. 5, causing trees to fall, glass doors and metal roofs to fall on cars.Due to the impact of storm No. 5 (storm Kajiki), many localities in Nghe An province recorded heavy rain and strong winds, causing hundreds of trees to fall, many of which were old, causing serious traffic jams on some key routes.Hundreds of trees were uprooted, electric poles were broken, and Nghe An province suffered widespread power outages.Up to this point, preliminary statistics up to 5:30 am on August 26, Nghe An province has not had any human damage due to the impact of the storm, only 1 case of electrocution on August 24 when repairing the roof to protect against the storm, 2 people were injured, 91 houses were damaged, many houses had their roofs blown off, 9 classrooms of 2 schools had their roofs blown off, 1 medical facility had its roof blown off.
