More than 3,000 cadres and civil servants of Party agencies in Nghe An participate in training on artificial intelligence applications
On the morning of September 9, the Central Party Office - Standing Agency of the Central Steering Committee on Science, Technology and Innovation Development organized a "Training Conference on Artificial Intelligence Application for Party Committees and Party Agencies" in both direct and online formats.

In Nghe An, the conference was connected to 131 points with the participation of 3,032 delegates. Attending and directing at the main point of Nghe An province was comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
Also attending were comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; leaders of experts from specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee.
In 130 communes and wards, there were the participation of comrades standing committees of commune-level party committees; leaders and all cadres, civil servants and public employees of agencies and units.
The conference was held in the context of national digital transformation entering a high development stage, artificial intelligence (AI) is not only a new technology but also a core capacity to improve the effectiveness of leadership, direction and operation of the political system.
AI helps shorten work processing time, increase professionalism, transparency, effectiveness and efficiency in Party work, thereby contributing to innovating the working methods of Party committees and advisory agencies.
This training conference focuses on three key objectives, including: Raising awareness for cadres and party members about the role, potential and orientation of AI application in staff work, synthesis and implementation of tasks of Party committees and agencies; Equipping basic knowledge and skills so that cadres can use popular AI tools to perform professional work in accordance with Party regulations and State laws; Forming the right attitude and responsibility when using AI, ensuring safety, security and compliance with ethical and legal principles, associated with training the habit of applying new technology in handling daily work.
During the program, students will be presented by experts with an overview of artificial intelligence, trends and applications in Party work; guided to practice with some AI tools; and equipped with knowledge related to security, legality, risk identification and prevention plans.
In addition, the conference also took time to summarize and share experiences and practical situations at agencies and units so that students can immediately apply them to their work.
In his opening speech, Comrade Vo Thanh Hung - Deputy Chief of the Party Central Office requested all students to strictly comply with the Party's regulations on confidentiality, security and information safety; consider AI as a support tool, not a replacement for the role of cadres and Party members.
The organizers also asked lecturers and teaching assistants to closely follow the training objectives, provide specific instructions, and promptly handle technical situations to ensure effectiveness. Each cadre and party member needs to promote a proactive spirit, actively discuss and ask questions, and at the same time spread the learning results at the agency and unit after the conference.
The conference is expected to contribute to improving the digital capacity of cadres and civil servants working for the Party at all levels, helping to master AI technology, thereby improving the quality of consulting, synthesizing and operating work; contributing to the successful implementation of Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo and major policies of the Central Steering Committee on science, technology and innovation development.
