Details of the road closure plan to serve the program of commemorating the 995th anniversary of Nghe An's name, the 95th anniversary of Nghe Tinh Soviet
Nghe An Provincial Police has just issued Notice No. 1413/TB-CAT-PC08 dated September 11, 2025 on the Plan to temporarily close the road and divert traffic to ensure security and order for the program to celebrate the 995th anniversary of Nghe An's name (1030 - 2025), the 95th anniversary of Nghe Tinh Soviet (September 12, 1930 - September 12, 2025) and receive the Certificate of ranking as a special National Monument for the typical Monument Cluster in the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement and launch the night experience show "Soviet Fire".
The announcement stated that, in order to ensure security and order for the program to celebrate the 995th anniversary of the title of Nghe An (1030 - 2025), the 95th anniversary of the Nghe Tinh Soviet (September 12, 1930 - September 12, 2025) and to receive the Certificate of ranking as a special National Monument for the typical Monument Cluster in the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement and to launch the night experience show "Soviet Fire" which will take place on September 12, 2025 in Thanh Vinh ward, Nghe An province and facilitate the travel of people and tourists, Nghe An Provincial Police announced the plan to temporarily ban the road to separate traffic as follows:
Implement the plan to temporarily close the road, divert and regulate traffic on Dao Tan Street (Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province), from Ta Mon Gate to the intersection with the road to the old Vinh City Stadium (adjacent to Song Lam Nghe An Club).
Road closure period: from 18:00 to 23:00 on September 12, 2025 (Friday).
Accordingly, all means of transport are prohibited (except for vehicles of delegates attending the program; vehicles of security forces, program service forces and vehicles with priority according to the provisions of law./.
