The high-tech forestry zone is not only a production and processing area, but also an integrated center for research, application of science and technology, human resource training and trade promotion. This will be a model in linking the value chain from seed production - afforestation - processing - consumption, in a modern and sustainable direction.

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee pledged to create the most favorable conditions to attract investment in this forestry area, from completing administrative procedures, accessing land, technical infrastructure, to supporting policies on science and technology and labor resources.

To realize the set goals and plans, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities to closely coordinate with central agencies, promptly complete the apparatus of the High-tech Forestry Zone Management Board, and at the same time speed up the work of making detailed plans and specific functional zoning.

In addition, it is necessary to actively mobilize investment resources, prioritize attracting strategic projects with advanced and environmentally friendly technology. The province will also promote trade, promote the image of forestry areas, expand international cooperation, and link forestry development.
