Nghe An: Nearly 24,500 delegates attended the National Conference to disseminate and implement 4 Resolutions of the Politburo

General Secretary To Lam attended and directed the conference. Attending the conference were Politburo members: Luong Cuong - President; Pham Minh Chinh - Prime Minister; Tran Thanh Man - Chairman of the National Assembly; Tran Cam Tu - Standing member of the Secretariat.

Also attending were members and former members of the Politburo, comrades in the Secretariat and the Party Central Committee; leaders of Party committees, central departments, ministries, and branches...

The conference was connected online to more than 1.2 million cadres, party members and delegates nationwide. In Nghe An, the conference was broadcast live to 205 locations, with nearly 24,500 delegates attending.

Attending the main bridge were comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Provincial Party Executive Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, National Assembly Delegation; members of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee; heads and deputy heads of departments, branches and sectors; the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at the provincial level.

4 Resolutions of the Politburo were thoroughly grasped and implemented, including: Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation; Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW of the Politburo on ensuring national energy security until 2030, with a vision to 2045; Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; and Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health.

At the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presented the core content of Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development and the action program to implement the Resolution.

Accordingly, the Resolution has 6 guiding viewpoints, goals by 2030, 2035 and vision to 2045: Vietnam will have a modern, equitable and high-quality national education system, ranked among the top 20 countries in the world.

To realize the set goals and vision, the Resolution sets out 8 specific tasks to make a breakthrough in education and training development, contributing to building a new generation of Vietnamese people with patriotism and national pride, with enough courage, intelligence, capacity, qualifications and health to meet the requirements of building, developing the country and protecting the Fatherland in the new development period.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long presented the key content of Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health and the action program to implement the Resolution.

The Resolution has 5 guiding viewpoints and 5 target groups by 2025; with a vision of 2045, people will have an average life expectancy of over 80 years old, of which the number of healthy years will increase to over 71 years old, and the average stature, physical strength, and height of young people will be equivalent to countries with the same level of development.

The Resolution sets out six tasks and solutions to aim at building a healthy Vietnam, where all people receive health care, live long, live well, live healthily, improve their physical fitness, raise awareness of health protection and proactively prevent diseases in the whole society, making an important contribution to promoting the development of a rich, civilized and prosperous country in the new era.

Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung presented the core content of Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation and the action program to implement the Resolution.

The Resolution sets out five guiding viewpoints. The general objective is to maintain a peaceful and stable environment, making a practical contribution to building, developing and protecting the country. Making the most of external resources and favorable conditions to build an independent, self-reliant, self-reliant, self-reliant, fast-growing and sustainable economy; strengthening the nation's overall strength, enhancing the country's role, position and international prestige; striving to become a developed, high-income country with a socialist orientation by the mid-20th century.

The Resolution sets out 7 main groups of tasks and solutions with the motto of focused implementation with high determination, great efforts, drastic actions, clearly defining the focus and key points; the assignment of tasks must be specific and clear to ministries, branches and localities.

Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee Nguyen Thanh Nghi presented the core content of Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW of the Politburo on ensuring national energy security until 2030, with a vision to 2045, and the action program to implement the Resolution.

The Resolution has 5 viewpoints. The general goal by 2030 is to firmly ensure national energy security; both meeting adequate supply, ensuring high quality, reducing emissions; ensuring national defense and security, improving people's lives, protecting the environment; with a vision to 2045, towards a sustainable, smart, competitive, modern energy system on par with the world.

To realize that goal, the Resolution sets out 7 main groups of tasks and solutions, so that energy can go one step ahead to fully meet the needs of socio-economic development, national defense, security, and improve people's lives; meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable development of the country in the coming time, especially to implement the 2 strategic goals of our country by 2030 and 2045.

The purpose and requirement of the Conference is to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the resolutions to all central ministries, branches and sectors; provincial and municipal party committees and party committees directly under the Central Committee; and at the same time to all party committees, party organizations, agencies, units, cadres and party members, especially those directly involved in foreign affairs, energy, education and training and health care.

Through the conference, Party committees, Party organizations, cadres and Party members are required to raise awareness, responsibility and political determination, promote self-awareness and exemplary spirit in the implementation process.

On that basis, each locality, agency and unit will concretize the resolution into an action program and work plan, ensuring close coordination with functions, tasks and practical situations, creating clear changes and practical effectiveness.

It can be affirmed that the thorough understanding and synchronous and effective implementation of the four resolutions will contribute to consolidating people's trust, strengthening the strength of the political system, opening up new breakthroughs in international integration, ensuring energy security, developing education and training, as well as improving the quality of work to protect and care for people's health.

These are key areas, contributing significantly to determining the country's internal strength and position in the new development stage.
