Promoting the Patriotic Emulation Congress of Nghe An province - 2025
On the afternoon of September 16, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs to hold a press conference on the 2025 Nghe An Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress.

With the theme: "Solidarity, creativity, innovation, emulation to build Nghe An to develop rapidly and sustainably", the 2025 Nghe An Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress is a broad, democratic and political activity, a gathering place for typical good people and good deeds in all areas of social life, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere before the 20th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The Congress is not only an occasion to commend and honor typical advanced collectives and individuals, heroes and excellent emulation fighters in all fields, but also a place to summarize and draw experiences from practical emulation movements; propose new directions and tasks to bring the patriotic emulation movement to a new level, more practical, more effective, closely linked to the key political tasks of the province and the country.
As planned, the Congress will take place from September 25 to 26, 2025.
The preparatory congress will take place on the afternoon of September 25, 2025, and the official congress will take place on the morning of September 26, 2025. On the evening of September 25, 2025, at the Giao Te Hotel Conference Center, there will be an Exchange Night for advanced models and commendation and reward activities. Nghe An Newspaper and Radio and Television will broadcast live the Exchange Night and the official congress session.

The expected number of delegates is 450 delegates including guest delegates and delegates from Nghe An province.
At the official session of the Congress, the provincial leaders will receive the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit for the people and officials of Nghe An province. At the exchange night, the advanced models will award the Government's Emulation Flag to 10 collectives and the title of National Emulation Fighter to a number of individuals.
To prepare for the Congress, the Provincial People's Committee has established 4 sub-committees to assist the Congress Organizing Committee, including: Content and Delegation Sub-committee; Propaganda - Arts Sub-committee; Logistics - Reception Sub-committee and Security and Order Sub-committee.
The Subcommittees have developed plans and assigned specific and detailed tasks to members to proactively carry out the assigned tasks. Regarding the preparation work, the assigned agencies and units have basically completed the tasks to organize the Congress successfully.
At the Press Conference, the Central and local press agencies discussed a number of contents to strengthen coordination for effective propaganda before, during and after the Patriotic Emulation Congress. Speaking at the press conference, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Pham Ngoc Canh emphasized: To successfully organize the 2025 Nghe An Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress, in addition to preparation work, propaganda plays a very important role, especially propaganda work before, during and after the Congress.
