Born in 1991, with a well-trained professional knowledge base, Mr. Vu Xuan Hieu joined Hoa Sen Nghe An Company Limited from the early days of its establishment.
Starting from the position of electrical technician at the corrugated iron factory, he was always aware of the responsibility of a worker for the development of the collective. In the early stages, in the context of the new factory operating with many difficulties, he did not hesitate to work hard, both learning new technology and directly participating in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, contributing to stabilizing production.
It is from directly "making friends" with machines and production lines, along with youthful enthusiasm, progressive spirit, high responsibility, daring to think, daring to do; Vu Xuan Hieu has researched and put forward many initiatives, technical improvements, increased productivity, reduced production costs, and brought the business tens of billions of dong in benefits each year.
A typical example is the initiative “Design, manufacture and install a coil-to-roll line”. This is a strategic initiative, helping to classify, process and separate defective corrugated iron from finished coils, avoiding mass sales at low prices. Thanks to that, the product retains its real value, bringing the company up to 28 billion VND/year in profit.
Or the initiative "Automatic pubcoil cutting technology at 2 NOF lines", which both replaces direct manual labor, avoiding potential risks of labor safety hazards; and overcomes the loss of raw materials, saves costs, and benefits the business nearly 250 million VND/year.
Or the initiative “Improving the control of hot air in the color plating line, replacing the hot air control valve board system with automatic control via PLC”, has helped the line operate stably, safely, accurately, saving costs and time. This solution has brought economic benefits of tens of millions of VND each year, while improving working conditions for workers…
In addition, Mr. Vu Xuan Hieu also had a number of initiatives and technical innovations participating in a number of scientific innovation competitions, including one initiative that won second prize at the Scientific Innovation Competition organized by the Department of Science and Technology of Nghe An in 2023 with the innovation: "Design, manufacture and installation of finished product processing lines".
Mr. Vu Xuan Hieu's initiatives, technical improvements and production rationalization solutions not only bring practical economic efficiency, but also affirm the intelligence, skills and mettle of workers in improving the competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises, contributing to building workers' culture in the new era.
Along with professional maturity, Vu Xuan Hieu is also recognized by the collective for its maturity in awareness and sense of responsibility towards colleagues in training, guiding and mentoring young workers, helping them quickly integrate into the working environment and grasp modern production lines, and always worrying about the development of the business.
The company's leadership trusted him to take on the role of Head of the electroplating maintenance department and now he is the acting Deputy Head of the Electrical Engineering Department, in charge of the plating department.

More specifically, he was awarded the "Nguyen Duc Canh Award" for the fourth time in 2023 by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. This award honors outstanding workers and laborers who directly work and produce at enterprises of all economic sectors with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers".
