Strive to complete compensation and site clearance for construction of Hoang Mai II Industrial Park
On the afternoon of September 22, comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee led the working delegation of the Provincial People's Committee to inspect the implementation of the Hoang Mai I and Hoang Mai II Industrial Park projects.
Hoang Mai I Industrial Park (IP) project has a total area of nearly 265 hectares, currently nearly 250 hectares have been cleared, reaching more than 93%; of which more than 230 hectares have been allocated and leased land.
Hoang Mai II Industrial Park project has a total area of nearly 335 hectares, currently more than 90 hectares have been recovered; of which nearly 30 hectares have been allocated and leased land. The site clearance work currently has many problems related to plant density; compensation, property support and resettlement for households with resettlement; compensation and support for cases of receiving land transfer and donation after July 1, 2014; annual tree planting area exceeding the land allocation limit.
Infrastructure projects of Hoang Mai II Industrial Park such as: Drainage system around the Industrial Park, Drainage system from downstream of Doi Tuong Lake to Hoang Mai River, traffic route from National Highway 48D to Hoang Mai II Industrial Park, lighting system, traffic lights on roads serving the Industrial Park are facing some difficulties and problems so they cannot be implemented yet.
Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An highly appreciated the efforts of the local government, departments, branches and infrastructure investors in recent times. In the context of a busy work environment and many changes in the implementation of the 2-level local government, the site clearance work in particular and the task of developing industrial parks in general have made great progress.
To ensure the province's development speed, the development of industrial parks is very important. The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Hoang Mai ward to coordinate with relevant agencies to develop a compensation and site clearance plan for the remaining area of the Hoang Mai II Industrial Park project; Strive to basically hand over the area of Hoang Mai II Industrial Park in 2025.
Regarding the N3 Road Project connecting National Highway 1A to Hoang Mai Industrial Park I, Comrade Bui Thanh An assigned the People's Committee of Hoang Mai Ward to focus on accelerating the compensation and site clearance work; by November 30, 2025, there will be clear results, ensuring the construction progress is completed according to the 2025 capital plan directed by the Provincial People's Committee.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone and related departments and branches to coordinate with infrastructure investors and Hoang Mai ward to promptly handle related difficulties and problems to complete the items and projects according to the set schedule. He requested Hoang Thinh Dat Joint Stock Company to complete the infrastructure of the industrial parks, support secondary investors in recruiting workers, and operate production and business effectively.
