World gold price today September 24, 2025 and world gold price fluctuation chart in the past 24 hours
According to Kitco, the world gold price recorded at 10:30 on September 24, Vietnam time, was 3,755.02 USD/ounce. Today's gold price increased by 12.34 USD/ounce compared to yesterday. Converted according to the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank (26,445 VND/USD), the world gold price is about 119.6 million VND/tael (excluding taxes and fees). Currently, the domestic gold price is about 15.2 million VND/tael higher than the world gold price.
Gold prices in Vietnam and the world are rising to new highs. The main reason comes from two upcoming events: the speech of the Chairman of the US Federal Reserve (FED) tonight and an important economic report at the end of the month.
However, in the context of rapidly increasing prices, gold buyers for short-term speculation need to be extremely cautious. The reason is that the difference between buying and selling gold prices is currently very large.
With SJC gold, the difference is usually from 2 to 2.5 million VND/tael, while gold rings can be up to about 3 million VND/tael. Meanwhile, the market always has short-term gold price adjustments. If buying at a high price, the buyer may be at risk if the price suddenly turns around and drops.
