Entering the new term 2025-2030, Nghe An business community has many expectations and wishes to continue sustainable development. VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park currently has about 33,000 employees and aims to reach 50,000 people in the period of 2026 - 2027, meeting the needs of new factories coming into operation. To achieve this goal, we hope that local agencies such as the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board and the Department of Home Affairs will closely coordinate to organize job fairs and promotional activities, to create opportunities for workers to find jobs right in their hometown.

My job is closely related to electricity, to the continuous and stable operation of a large production line. Just as electricity must always be guaranteed for the factory to operate, I and hundreds of employees at the company, regardless of position, always try our best for the development of the factory.

As employees in the enterprise, we hope that in the 2025 - 2030 term, Nghe An province will continue to provide timely support and companionship to enterprises in the province in general, with specific and practical support policies for industrial enterprises, especially construction material production industries such as cement, to convert to greener and energy-saving production technology.

As a person directly operating the power system, I understand the importance of optimizing energy efficiency. Investing in new technology, reducing emissions, and using renewable energy not only helps businesses develop sustainably, but also protects the living environment for the people of Nghe An. And, when businesses produce and operate effectively, they will create jobs, increase income, improve social welfare, and improve the lives of workers so that they can work with peace of mind, contribute to the overall development of the province's industry.
