Over the next 6 hours, there is a risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides, and land subsidence on slopes in residential areas and low-lying areas in communes and wards throughout the province.

1. The rainy situation has passed:Over the past 24 hours (from 5:00 AM on September 27th to 5:00 AM on September 28th), Nghe An province experienced rainfall, with some areas receiving very heavy rain. Rainfall measured at automatic rain gauge stations was as follows: Hua Na Hydropower Plant: 237.2 mm, Dong Van Hydropower Plant: 216 mm, Chau Phong: 186.8 mm. Soil moisture models indicate that some areas in Nghe An province are nearing saturation (over 85%) or have reached saturation.

2. Rain warning for the coming period:The forecast for the next 6 hours indicates continued rain in the communes and wards of Nghe An province. Accumulated rainfall is expected to be between 30-50mm, with some areas receiving more than 50mm.
