Checking the actual preparation work to respond to storm No. 10 at some vulnerable points at risk of flash floods, landslides in the communes of Tuong Duong, Muong Xen and Ta Ca... Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trong Duc - Deputy Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command requested the Defense Command of Region 4 - Tuong Duong to closely coordinate with local authorities to propagate for people to monitor the location and direction of the storm, not to be subjective, to comply with recommendations, and to proactively prevent to ensure safety of life and property.
