Faced with the severe damage caused by storm No. 10, on October 1, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province officially called for support for people affected by floods and rains caused by storm No. 10 in Nghe An province.
"Call for support "People affected by the impact of floods and storm No. 10" of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province stated that in the past 2 months, Nghe An province has been continuously affected by 3 big storms. The "storm on storm" situation has made all activities of local authorities and the lives of people in the disaster area extremely difficult.
