Nghi Son Cement Company organizes a bidding for the package: "Providing 40,000 tons of basalt stone as cement additives" as follows:
Technical standards: According to bidding documents (HSMT).
Legal requirements: Basalt is supplied from legal quarries and is permitted for use as a cement additive.
Contractor selection method: Competitive bidding according to company regulations.
Time and place of issuing HSMT: From 8:00 on October 9, 2025 to before 17:00 on October 10, 2025, at the Fuel and Materials Department, Materials Department, Nghi Son Cement Factory, Bac Hai Residential Group, Nghi Son Ward, Thanh Hoa Province. Interested candidates will be provided with 01 set of HSMT for free.
Bidding closing time: 9:30 on October 17, 2025. Bidding documents will be opened publicly at 10:00 on October 17, 2025, at Nghi Son Cement Factory, Bac Hai Residential Group, Nghi Son Ward, Thanh Hoa Province
