Opening the discussion, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An emphasized: In the general flow of national culture, Nghe An has long been affirmed as a unique cultural sub-region, converging the quintessence, depositing history and forging the noble traditional qualities of the people of Nghe An. The hearts and souls of many generations of people here have created a unique cultural source, not mixed with any other cultural region.
The ethnic community of Nghe An has created, preserved and passed down a diverse and rich treasure of tangible and intangible culture, most notably the Vi and Giam folk songs - a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity recognized by UNESCO; and many unique architectural, artistic, historical and cultural works.
Nghe An people, with their studiousness, loyalty, steadfastness in struggle but gentleness and talent in art, have contributed to creating their own unique identity.
This land gave birth to famous heroes, intellectuals, and writers, such as Mai Hac De, the queen of Nom poetry - Ho Xuan Huong, the reformer Nguyen Truong To, the patriot Phan Boi Chau... The sacred spirit of the mountains and rivers also nurtured and created a heroic Nghe Tinh Soviet, along with outstanding communist soldiers; the most typical is President Ho Chi Minh - the most brilliant crystallization of Vietnamese culture, intelligence, and spirit.

From schools to the community, it is necessary to bring the quintessence of Nghe culture into life, so that the young generation can absorb, be proud of, and promote traditional culture.
The models of “teaching folk songs in schools”, “local education”, organizing heritage experience spaces at museums and relics… organized in recent times have proven that young people are not indifferent to tradition. When culture permeates their souls, they will become an important force to create and protect identity in the face of the wave of international integration.
Two is,Preserve, promote values, link the preservation of national cultural heritage with awakening tourism potential so that heritage is not frozen. Invest in preserving relics, craft villages, traditional festivals to preserve and connect them into experiential journeys. Supplement resources, mechanisms, and policies to promote the role of artisans in practicing and transmitting heritage. Bring the heritage of Vi and Giam folk songs to continue to resonate far and wide, be preserved, restored, and "transformed" into unique tourism products. Building tourism routes connecting many types according to themes such as: "Journey to the source", "Heritage Road", "Binh Ngo Footprints"...
