President Putin sends message to the West: Russia is prepared for all situations
Sending a message to the West, Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that his country has quickly adapted and is ready for any situation.

According to RIA Novosti, the Russian President attended the meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club on October 2. In his speech and during the discussion, Mr. Putin touched on the issues of the new world order, bilateral relations with the United States, India and China, as well as the situation surrounding the Ukraine conflict.
Referring to the role of international structures in facing modern challenges, President Putin said that "collective institutions have weakened". At the same time, "non-military solutions have always existed, and now they have acquired a new meaning".
The Russian leader stressed that the most important thing is the West's efforts to maintain its hegemonic status and leadership role, "although the new world order no longer allows this."
One of the most pressing issues at this Valdai Club session was the possibility of Ukraine using US Tomahawk missiles. President Putin pointed out that this would certainly worsen relations between Moscow and Washington.
"And Russia is ready to respond to such aggressive actions. Air defense systems have been adapted to ATACMS missiles, and they will also be adapted to Tomahawks and will shoot them down," President Putin said.
Regarding the growing “concern” over alleged Russian drones in the EU, President Putin said that all drone-related incidents only increase the desire of European leaders to stir up anti-Russian sentiment and create a pretext to increase military budgets.
"We produce military equipment, and many countries, including NATO countries, are at war with us. The Russian army has quickly adapted to this challenge. This is not an exaggeration. Today, this is the most combat-ready army," President Putin declared.
The Russian leader also said that the West is paying special attention to the conflict in Ukraine, but this is not bringing the desired results. On the entire front line, Russian units are confidently advancing.
