Providing information on the province's socio-economic situation in the first 9 months of 2025, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung said that the province's growth rate reached 8.61%, ranking 11th out of 34 provinces and cities nationwide; budget revenue reached over 20,000 billion VND; investment attraction reached nearly 1 billion USD. Cultural, social and social security fields were ensured. The 2-level local government system initially operated stably and is continuing to be improved to operate effectively and efficiently.
The province has successfully organized Party Congresses at all levels and the 20th Provincial Party Congress. In the 2025-2030 term, Nghe An sets a high target with an average growth rate of over 12%, striving to become a fairly developed province, a national growth pole.
To achieve the above goal, in addition to the efforts and determination of the Party Committee, government, people and armed forces of the province, Nghe An expects and wishes to continue to receive the attention, active and responsible support of the armed forces of Military Region 4.

Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh - Commander of Military Region 4 said that in recent times, under the leadership of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, the armed forces of Military Region 4 have always grasped and performed well their tasks, especially the tasks of maintaining a defensive posture, being ready for combat, training, and building a regular, elite, and modern unit.
For the provinces where they are stationed, the armed forces of Military Region 4 have actively participated in the movement of building new rural areas, developing the economy, eliminating temporary houses, comrades' houses, and helping families in difficulty with 756 houses. At the same time, the armed forces of the Military Region have closely coordinated with local Party committees, authorities, and armed forces in the work of preventing and overcoming natural disasters with the spirit of serving the people.
