In order to support flood relief work in the Northern mountainous provinces, North Central and Central regions, Phuc Thanh Hung Investment Joint Stock Company has just issued urgent Document No. 794/2025/PTH-QLVH dated October 9, 2025, announcing free road use service for vehicles transporting relief goods when traveling on the Dien Chau - Bai Vot expressway.

According to the document, the recent storms No. 10 and No. 11 have caused serious damage to people and property, greatly affecting the lives and socio-economics in many localities. In order to ensure the transportation of relief goods to affected areas quickly and smoothly, Phuc Thanh Hung - the representative unit of the Investor Consortium, currently managing, operating and collecting tolls on the Dien Chau - Bai Vot expressway, has decided to exempt all service fees for vehicles carrying disaster relief goods when passing through toll stations on the route.

For synchronous and effective implementation, Phuc Thanh Hung Company requests the Traffic Police Department (C08) to direct and coordinate traffic flow and guidance, creating conditions for rescue vehicles to circulate quickly.

At the same time, the company also requested VEC O&M Company and VETC Automatic Toll Collection Company Limited to deploy technical steps to implement the toll-free policy. Specifically, vehicles exempted from the toll must have a written confirmation from the local government or socio-political organization related to the relief activities. After identifying the correct subjects, the staff at the station will allow the vehicle to circulate without collecting the toll; if the vehicle has been deducted money, the transaction will be canceled and the money will be refunded to the account. All cases of toll-free use must be recorded with the license plate number, time, name of the convoy and full records must be kept for inspection and supervision.

This policy demonstrates the spirit of social responsibility and community solidarity of enterprises in difficult times, contributing to bringing relief goods to people in disaster areas more quickly.
