Previously, people reported and recorded images of a concrete mixer truck with license plate 37H-112.47 moving and dropping concrete onto the road surface on National Highway 46, through the old Nghi An commune. The incident caused outrage because it caused environmental pollution and posed a potential safety risk to road users.

After receiving the report, on the afternoon of October 28, the Traffic Police quickly took action to verify. Through investigation, it was determined that the vehicle with license plate 37H-112.47 was not the vehicle that caused the concrete spill, but was the vehicle that was dispatched to the scene to water, wash and clean up the concrete that had spilled onto the road before.
